The Van Zant condo was terrific, clean and with a great view of the lake. It was exactly as pictured. We rented a boat from the marina Bill recommended and it was very easy to get to. The pontoon boat was nicely appointed and clean. The marina was located right next to a floating restaurant where the children had fun feeding all the huge carp and cat fish.
The Hollows pool area was wonderful for kids of all ages. There was a rubberized shallow pool area with water spouts perfect for toddlers and the attached larger pool was a hit with the older kids. We were able to order poolside food and drinks which were great and the staff couldnt have been nicer.
Overall a really terrific stay and we won’t hesitate to come again in the future!

We have stayed in this unit during our 13 years if renter history at the Hollows . It is one if our absolute favorite unit. Wonderfully appointed , comfortable and the balcony is and absolute A +

We enjoyed our time at the condo! The patio has a gorgeous view and very pleasant to sit on with a nice comfortable couch. We spent lots of time out there. The furniture has been upgraded and makes for a very nice stay. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed set up.

Loved the condo. Bill replied quickly and was so helpful with everything we needed. We suggest more communication about lack of parking and where to park when the tiny lot near condos is full. Because we like to walk and bike, providing a trail map would also be very helpful. Trying to find trails took away from our experience being all it could be. We hope to return and with those improvements, we are sure to return!

We used to have a home in the Hollows and loved it! We. Loved the condo and with our did it was perfect to have a dog relief area downstairs. We rented a boat slip for the weekend and felt at home.

We enjoyed our relaxing stay at this unit. It was on 3rd floor so it had beautiful views of the hillsides and lake. The beach club was one of the best we've experienced and enjoyed it very much. It is a bit of a drive into the Hollows, so stock up before you come. The unit has a well stocked kitchen and great bath towels.

We are so glad that we picked this vacation home for our trip. From arrival to departure, everything was great. Bill and Vanessa were very helpful and responsive. The location was excellent for our activities. Our stay was great and will definitely book this condo again when we come back in the near future.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the Hollows of North Shore. We rented the golf cart which very useful getting to the beach club and marina. Great view on the balcony and rooms were clean. No complaints. We will be back.

Wonderful weekend for last minute get away. The property was clean and peaceful with beautiful views from the balcony. It was also conveniently located to the marina, only a very short drive or walk away. Bill was very helpful in answering questions and the staff at the marina and boat launch were also friendly and helpful. We will return!

We visited for a few days with our boys- 17 and 19. There were plenty of things for everyone to do. We loved Viking kayak rentals!! They deliver to the property and drop off right at the beach. The trails were great and loved our patio view. Would highly suggest bringing your own food since close dining options seem sparse.

The condo was very nice and met our expectations. The parking is really tight and access to the garage would have been very helpful. Overflow parking is a way. Need to also designate an additional handicap parking spot. One is not enough for the amount of units. The views in the condo were really nice.

From the moment we walked into this unit, we knew we had made the right choice. This condo was immaculate, so spacious, furniture was excellent, kitchen very well equipped, outdoor patio view was better than in the pictures, everything was extremely clean. We absolutely loved this unit. Being able to bring our little puppy was a major plus. The only thing we disliked was that as renters we didn’t have access to the garage. There is limited parking right outside our building and it was always full. We had to park our vehicle down the street on several occasions. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience, wonderful and relaxing getaway and will most likely book again on our next getaway. Thank you.

The price for this condo was so low that I was a little nervous purchasing online without seeing the place first-hand, but the whole family was very impressed! Beautiful rooms and gorgeous location, very quiet during the December holiday season. If the weather were warmer we would have made frequent use of the pool area, but even without water fun, this was an ideal holiday getaway.

We loved spending the holiday at the Hollows. Our family lives nearby in Lago Vista. So this year, when we came down for Christmas from Dallas,we had our own place to stay with plenty of room for my family to relax and have fun. The view was amazing and they had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Great condo with beautiful views. Very relaxing setting. Nice facility with resort style pools, diner, and exercise facility; all with great scenic views. Only negatives were distance to “Beach Club” (more than a short walk), and pool too cool to swim in early season.
