All bookings are made directly through Hill Country Lakes Rentals — call 512-267-7000 or email inquire@hollowsvacationrentals.com. We do not use OTA platforms for direct-booking properties. You speak with a real person who knows the properties.
Most properties have a two-night minimum on weekends and three nights during peak season. Extended stay properties welcome stays of one week to several months. Contact us for current minimums by property.
Cleaning fees vary by property size and length of stay. Full pricing including all fees is confirmed at booking. No hidden charges.
Cancellation policies vary by stay length and season. Full terms are provided at booking confirmation. We encourage discussing your flexibility needs when you call — extended stays often have more options.

All properties are within The Hollows at 17901 Edgewood Way, Jonestown TX 78645 — on the North Shore of Lake Travis. Approximately 30 miles from downtown Austin, 18 miles from Cedar Park, 5 miles from Lago Vista.
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is approximately 38 miles from The Hollows — about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic via TX-130.
Yes. The Hollows is fully gated with a single paved entrance. Guests receive gate access credentials upon booking confirmation.
H-E-B grocery is 2.5 miles from The Hollows entrance in Lago Vista. Multiple restaurants are within 5 miles along the North Shore. Austin's full retail and dining options are 30–40 minutes away.

Amenities and Activities
All Hollows community amenities are included: Beach Club (infinity pool, spa pools, seasonal grill, fitness center, pickleball, volleyball), Hilltop Smokehouse (BBQ, fireplace, group seating at 800 ft elevation), NorthShore Marina (328 covered slips, 120+ ft depth), two Kayak Clubs with direct Lake Travis access, and 15 miles of trails.
The Beach Club pools are heated and open year-round. The seasonal bar and grill has variable hours. Call 512-267-1999 for current restaurant hours before planning a meal.
The Hollows does not rent boats. We recommend Liquid Thrillz at 512-267-7530. NorthShore Marina on property has 328 covered slips for guests with personal vessels.
No. Portable fire pits, fire bowls, fire rings, and fireworks are prohibited by Jonestown city ordinance. The Hilltop Smokehouse has an outdoor fireplace and covered BBQ area for guest use (subject to county burn bans).
Yes. Four-seat and six-seat golf carts are available to rent for use on The Hollows trail system. Per Jonestown ordinance, personal golf carts cannot be stored on rental properties.

Extended Stays and Snowbird Season
Stays of 30 nights or longer qualify for monthly pricing. Stays under 30 days are subject to the 13% Jonestown hotel occupancy tax; stays of 30+ days are typically exempt.
Snowbird season runs October through March. We strongly recommend inquiring by September 1 to secure preferred properties and dates.
Yes. Repeat Snowbird guests are given first priority for the same property in subsequent seasons. Contact us before leaving to secure your priority hold for the following year.
Yes. All properties are equipped with high-speed internet suitable for video calls, large file transfers, and daily remote work.

Groups, Reunions, and Events
The Slowscapes Collection can accommodate groups of up to 60+ people across all six properties simultaneously. The Full Hollows Buyout option reserves all six homes for exclusive group use.
Jonestown city ordinance strictly enforces occupancy limits. Headcount cannot exceed the number on the confirmed reservation. This is non-negotiable and enforced.
Yes. Villa Antonia is approximately 5 minutes (3 miles) from The Hollows. We offer a Wedding Weekend Package for bridal parties and family groups. Contact us for details.
Yes. Corporate retreats are a good fit for The Hollows — gated, Wi-Fi throughout, multiple accommodations in one community, Beach Club and Hilltop Smokehouse as group gathering spaces.
