This hill country escape has 2 expansive decks of panoramic Lake Travis views. Enjoy all The Hollows resort has to offer ~ swimming, boating, fishing, sport court, and miles of hiking. Just out the front door guests access grills, smoker and fire pit at a hilltop pavilion with lake and canyon views. The Hollows Beach Club with multiple pools, waterfall, grills, fitness center, pickleball/basketball court and a seasonally heated spa and full-service restaurant is just a short drive or leisurely stroll down the hill. We also have four other Casitas on this street that may be accommodating to you as well.

* The hot tub is open on weekends in cooler months and closed during warmer months.

* Waterfront dining at The Gnarly Gar (new name summer of 2022) – a floating restaurant on the lake, about a 20 minute drive away, very casual.

* The Oasis – lakeside tourist destination famous for sunset views with live music and dancing on the top level in The Starlight Lounge. Call ahead to find out wait times, or better yet, go early. It's about 35 minutes away.

* More waterfront dining at Shack 512 (37 minutes away by car) and Sundancer Grill (55 minutes by car) – both are closer by boat.

* Tour, taste and dine at Flat Creek Winery, about a 20 minute drive. They also have stargazing with a telescope some nights.

* Restaurants near house – Lucky Rabbit (great food, live music, and huge kid-friendly outdoor area), Bajo La Luna (tasty Mexican food with great covered patio), J&J BBQ (drive-through or call ahead and pick up), Latte Vista (coffee shop with great sandwiches), Lakeside Subs (more great sandwiches), and a drive-through Starbucks with patio in Lago Vista.

* Lake Travis Zipline Adventures – cliffside waterfront ziplines – 35 minute drive.

* Lake Travis Waterloo Adventures – floating obstacle course – 35 minute drive.

* Volente Beach Waterpark – lakeside waterpark, restaurant, and beach with summer outdoor movies – located across the lake from property (40 minute drive).

* Marble Falls is a lakeside town about 45 minutes away with fun shopping and waterfront dining at River City Grille and also on historic Main Street.

* Visit Austin – shop and dine on South Congress Ave, tour the state capitol, Lone Star Museum, and University of Texas, experience the Live Music Capitol of the World, the boardwalk on Lady Bird Lake, and be sure to Uber home from Rainey Street District – nightclubs in converted historic homes. About 1 hour drive, longer with traffic.
