Relax, unwind with family and friends at our Hill Country Ranch. The 3600 square foot ranch home was designed for Hill Country relaxation. Large covered porches overlook a private pool with magnificent fiery sunset views of the Live Oak covered Hill Country.
Enjoy breakfast on the porch with the songbirds. During the day get a book and enjoy the secret garden or one of the meditation areas among the garden paths. Hike in the privacy of our 65 acres including intermittent streams, a waterfall and trickling clear water pools where wild flowers abound year round.
In the evening gather around the large fire pit area and cook hot dogs or s'mores under the stars. Deer, quail, fox, turkey and song birds are frequent backyard ranch visitors.
When our children visit for the weekend they say they feel like they have spent a week at a resort spa.
This private gated ranch is the ideal property to host ultra private family reunions, for groom or bride families to host friends and relatives for North Lake Travis Wedding Venues, or as a relaxing vacation staging area to see the sites in Austin, Fredericksburg, Marble Falls, and other Hill Country venues.
Escalon Ranch has a private pool and its own amenities and is not part of The Hollows Resort amenities. For safety external security cameras installed. Age: Must 30+ years

One of the most stunning homes we have stayed at! The views were beautiful! The pool was in the perfect place! Being able to roast marshmallows by the camp fire! Close to Shopping malls! The home was comfortable and very accommodating to our needs! Will definitely recommend this home for any vacation!

Big property, very private, loved seeing the deer pass by and enjoying the sunset over the ridge.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at Escolon Ranch. The house and property are lovely and had plenty of room for our extended family. We were in town for a graduation at UT and had a great family weekend. Would definitely return!

The location with the land and privacy and spacious accommodations was perfect for our college reunion group of ladies. The bedrooms were numerous, the amenities and supplies were plentiful, the outdoor pool and surrounding yard perfect. Bill, our contact, was alway available to answer questions and was informative. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Well maintained property. Ample space to unwind and relax from the regular hustle bustle of city life. Wildlife on property is a treat to the eye – Regular appearance of herd of Deer during dawn and dusk.Gorgeous sunset views. Kitchen well stocked with appropriate appliances. Stayed for a family wedding. My whole family stayed and we enjoyed the pool, hiking and just hanging out. Property slept everyone comfortably and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!
Great service amidst historic winter storm

We rented the house during the historic winter storms in February of 2021. Along with the rest of the state, we lost power and water, and had other weather-related issues at the house. The owner of the house immediately drove from Dallas to Lago Vista to make sure we were okay and try to fix the issues we were having with heat and water. When he was unable to fix them, and we decided to cut our stay short, he paid for our hotel and refunded us for all of the nights we did not stay. We didn’t get to fully enjoy the beautiful house and property, but we very much appreciated the home owner’s kindness and generosity in helping us manage a difficult situation.

The house is magnificent and secluded. Better than the pictures. The pool was amazing and clean. My party had more than enough rooms and beds to sleep comfortably. Bill was and amazing host quick and prompt with any issue and helpful. Already looking to rent again!

This home is large with a wonderful layout. Our family spent Christmas, the owner provided Christmas decorations complete with Christmas china. The kitchen was used for many meals and we found a nice stock supply of pots, pans, roasting racks and more. Would recommend for family renewal.

Nice big home fully stock with a nice pool and great grounds. We encountered a small scorpion, which freaked us out, but other than that the hone was clean and the contact was very helpful.

We really enjoyed our family get together at the ranch…especially the patio, grill and pool. It was a little awkward having the main house second bathroom so far from the bedroom, and the bunk bed room was too separate to allow young children to sleep in by themselves so we couldn't use. We appreciate that Bill brought use a full propane tank within 10 minutes of our call! The property is lovely.

This is an amazing home! Everything is perfect from the entrance of the property to the back patio. The home is well cared for and beautifully furnished with comfort in mind. It is spacious and open, throughout. My family and friends all enjoyed every moment that we spent here. We loved it so much, we extended an extra night. 4th of July is such a great holiday to celebrate independence, and what a better way to do that by enjoying a getaway to the lake with great friends. There were 3 couples and our kiddos. The house was amazing…space and modern accommodations to make the stay even better. The nice pool and all the covered seating was more than I expected! The fire pit and meditation garden was a hit. This place is private and well laid out for a nice size group. 8-10 people is ideal. The personalization of the home is spot on for an upscale feel. The lake is just a few miles away…we spend the day out on a boat was back at the house in no time. 10miles (10mins). Don't hesitate, give this home a try!

This ranch house was as described and so much more. Booked the house for a girls weekend and the house definitely did not disappoint. Plenty of room for all, beautiful scenery, house was stocked w/ towels, blankets and things you might need to cook with. Near by market was no more than a 10min drive. And Mr. Bill was available with a fast response at all times. Planning on staying here again in the near future.

What a great place with plenty of space, love the guest house rooms, the outdoor pool and the activity room with both a poker and pool table. The room allowed for fun with family and friends. The open concept with spacious seating and the large kitchen allowed all to enjoy time together while cooking and eating. Bill was a great help along with the owner when a few issues came up with the losing water in the house and getting the backyard mowed during our recent stay. The reason I'm not able to rate this property as "excellent" is the older outdoor bench seating that had a few broken pieces and needs to be replaced. All in all a super weekend and a nice getaway for all. Thank you! Eddie and Jessie Cunningham

We rented this home for my Grandmother’s 80th birthday celebration. We were really pleased at the lay out and cleanliness of the home when we arrived. We really felt like we were at home as we found many utensils and necessities were available to us while staying there. Each of the rooms, beds and bathrooms were very clean. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

We had a great time at the Escalon Ranch. Everything was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the game room as well as the pool and grilling area. The grounds were beautiful and very relaxing. Bill did a great job of making sure everything was in order. More than likely, we will be staying here again.

I took my team to the Escalon Ranch for our off-site this year. What a wonderful experience! The ranch home is stunning and so comfortable. The pool is the perfect oasis to escape the summer heat and the fire pit conducive to evening discussions under the stars. Everything you could want is already supplied. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at this place and it was amazing. The price point, paired with space, the pool and the hikable grounds led to an experience that we will remember for life. Bill, the property manager made the experience easy and was a joy to work with. We enjoyed the stay enough that we look forward to our next holiday at the Eschalon Ranch.
