We stayed at 17700 Edgewood Way # 203. The condo was everything we could have asked for. We were 6 adults (4 of which are 19-26 year olds) and everyone of us had a fabulous time. There was absolutely nothing we needed from home that the condo didn't have. The views are absolutely beautiful and the area is quiet and serene. Definitely recommend you rent a golf cart and utilize it to ride around the entire area. There are some really great views throughout the entire area as well as a set of swings where you can sit and relax in the shade while overlooking Devils Cove. The unit is very spacious with plenty of seating inside as well as on the large balcony. Bill Wallace & his team will do everything they can to make your stay an unbelievably memorable experience. We will most certainly return for years to come.

This 3 bedroom/3 bath villa is very spacious at over 1700 sq. ft., with a fully equipped kitchen and two dining areas. Bedding includes a king, queen, two twins, and sleeps six. The master bedroom has a private bath with porch access and great lake views. The second guest bedroom also has a private bath.
Relax on the oversized covered porch that includes three comfortable seating areas as well as a barbecue grill for your outdoor living area/dining needs.
The Hollows Resort is the only master planned community on Lake Travis and is the most scenic location on the lake with 1,500 acres of beautiful Texas Hill Country surrounded by the clear waters of the premier recreational lake. From Edgewood Way Drive you can access the lake through a beautiful nature trail that leads to a Lake Travis cove next to the Beach Club. Also, on Edgewood Way Drive at the highest point of the resort is the Hilltop Smokehouse. This is a great place for family gatherings and has covered seating, a large fire pit, grill, smoker, restrooms, and is a wonderful place to watch the sunset.
The Beach Club includes a Grill/Bar, an infinity pool, children's pool, spa pools/hot tub, large smokehouse, fitness center, hammocks, grills, a sand volleyball court, and access to the lake. And there are 15 miles of hiking trails throughout the resort and meander among the hills and wooded forests down to the lake.
You can launch your boat or personal watercraft at our private boat ramp and store your trailer in a secure area. The full-service Hollows Marina has slips for overnight rental, a fuel dock, and a ships store for your convenience. You can also rent ski or pontoon boats at nearby locations. Lake Travis is a 65-mile-long lake and has many beautiful coves for swimming as well as numerous restaurants, marinas, and services for your days on the water.

This neighborhood is beautiful. Views from this unit were wonderful. Perfect for our family of 5. We were concerned about the distance from the lake, but the walk down the path was very pleasant. The pool area was awesome. Teenage kids loved the pool, volleyball and horseshoes. Wonderful, relaxing stay in March!
Our Condo was beautiful! Right as we walked in we were all blown away by the views! The place was clean and had all the amenities of staying in a nice hotel and then some. We really appreciated the welcome basket. Thank you! We will definitely look into this location again for future family gatherings!
We really enjoyed our recent trip to the austin area. The Welker was very clean, comfortable and well stocked unit. It had wonderful furnishings and a beautiful view! Bill was terrific to work with. He was responsive if we had questions and everything worked the way he said it would! We would definitely stay here again!
We enjoyed every minute of our stay at The Hollows. Our villa was comfortable and well-appointed, with a lovely view of the lake. Our only (minor) complaint was that there could have been more bath soap and toilet paper provided, and a sponge to wash the dishes. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed our time at the fabulous pool. We had a barbeque event at the Hilltop Smokehouse and everything went perfectly.
Beautiful and clean condo. Amazing views. The back patio was the seller. We were able to check in early and check out late. I would like to return in the future. Thank you!
